For employers: how Berjobs uses your job postings

Berjobs helps international professionals find English-speaking jobs in Germany. We read publicly published job postings from company job boards and send relevant candidates straight to your official application page.

What BerjobsBot does

• Identifies itself with the user agent BerjobsBot/1.0 (+https://berjobs.com/about-our-crawler).
• Only uses public job-board endpoints that applicant tracking systems provide for published postings (e.g. Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Personio).
• Checks each board at most every few hours, one request at a time, and revalidates with ETags so unchanged boards cost almost nothing.
• Never submits applications, never logs in, and never touches non-public pages.

How we treat your postings

• Every job links to your own application page. We never host applications or act as a recruiter, and we don't charge you anything.
• Candidates see a short summary and why the role fits them — not a copy of your full job ad.
• When a posting disappears from your board, we stop showing it and delete its text.

Opting out

If you don't want your postings included, email info@berjobs.com with your company name and job board URL. We stop fetching and remove your company's job data within 48 hours.
